I work with people facing a variety of struggles. Maybe you’re worried, stressed, feeling sad or lonely. Perhaps you’re struggling with a difficult relationship. You may even feel unsure of yourself. These are all natural, human experiences and the good news is we can learn from them. There are many paths to healing and growth, and together we can find a way forward that feels right for you.
