Life can be wonderful and challenging, our happiest days are interrupted by unexpected difficulties. There are times when such challenges become so intense that daily responsibilities can be emotionally and physically exhausting. As a spiritual counsellor and university chaplain, I have had the privilege of listening to people share personal stories of anxiety and depression, relationship issues and loss of loved ones, gender-sexual concerns and religious trauma. You are not alone in experiencing such heaviness. Through patient conversation and encouragement, we can create a plan that will lead to a return to joy, confidence, and a bright future.
