It’s easy to become overwhelmed by life’s pressures and by the pressures you place on yourself to be a good parent, good child or good partner.

When the pressure is on, it’s hard to self-regulate and to find the bandwidth to be present to the people in your life. I would like to support you as you learn to track your emotional states and find ways to ground and center. Together we can examine what triggers you and sabotages your efforts to be present and aware.

I bring two decades of experience with mindfulness practices and knowledge of the nervous system’s role in regulating emotions. I can also use narrative therapy, grounded in the symbolic language of nature and the seasons, as a way to help you find meaning and purpose.
