As a Registered Clinical Counsellor in BC, my therapy experience ranges from supervising MA in counselling psychology residents at Alli and offering individual, couples and family therapy that focuses on management of depression, anxiety, infertility, grief, parenting and relationship challenges. My areas of expertise include self compassion, cognitive behaviour therapy, mindfulness, emotion focused therapy and strength based approach to providing support. Prior to joining Alli my work focused on supporting the Physician Health Program providing clinical assessment and support to physicians and dentists in BC who have a wide variety of complex mental health support needs.
